George Field
George runs on coffee, code, and the perpetual hope that Man United will eventually remember how to play football. When he's not building products or debugging at 2am with his fourth espresso, he's yelling at the TV wondering why we didn't sign a proper defensive midfielder. The products he ships tend to work better than United's midfield.

George has worked at companies both large and small, with the last 8 years of his career focusing on startups and scale-ups.
He's been coding since he was 15, starting out by modifying Xboxes and creating game mods, back when breaking things to understand them seemed like a reasonable hobby.
That curiosity evolved into a career building production systems for everyone from Fortune 500 companies to early-stage startups trying to find product-market fit. He's seen what works at scale and what breaks when you grow too fast, and he brings that perspective to every project.
George is an entrepreneurial-focused engineer who truly gets product. He understands the vision you're trying to create because he thinks like a founder, not just a developer.
Obsessed with crafting products that convert, studying user behaviour, optimising conversion funnels, and designing UX that removes friction instead of adding it. His technical decisions are always grounded in product outcomes, Will this feature drive retention? Does this flow convert? Is this interface intuitive or are we making users think too hard?
Having built products from scratch that found market fit, improved existing platforms to significantly boost conversions, and created experiences users actually recommend to others. He codes with the business model in mind, not just the technical architecture.
